Storage: Keep refrigerated in a paper bag or covered with a damp paper towel. Will last 7 to 10 days but best to eat promptly. If you do not eat all your mushrooms and they are starting to turn you can simply freeze them whole or sautee them and then freeze them. Then you can take your mushrooms out and use them anytime.

Store in sealed mylar bag in a cool, dark, dry space.  To rehydrate, rinse under cool water.  Drain then place in a bowl and cover with hot or warm water.  Let soak 20-30 minutes, or until softened.  The soaking liquid can be strained and used in cooking for added flavor.  Mushrooms are ready when they are soft and pliable.  Strain the mushroom broth through a cheesecloth before using in cooking to remove any sediments.
